By building over an existing production building, Zweifel created a modern office and service centre with space for light-flooded offices and a visitors’ centre. The implementing architects ZSB ARCHITEKTEN SIA AG provided these facilities by creating a characteristic steel structural frame with a glass façade.
The office level looks out onto the River Limmat, and the generous design of the light-flooded offices especially also contributes to a unique view of the Alps. The company objekt 13 GmbH, in Bern, was responsible for the interior-design concept and for the light and detail planning of the 1000 m² of office space.
